Homecomings: Announcing Bateman Agency’s New San Francisco Office and EVP

Bateman is heading into 2023 with some big news.

New EVP and Rock Star Rachael Cassidy

Last week, we officially announced the hiring of Rachael Cassidy as executive vice president, joining Fred Bateman and Tara Klein at the helm of one of the fastest-growing agencies in tech PR. Rachael’s hiring was featured in PRovoke Media, highlighting her experience guiding PR strategies for some of the industry’s biggest names, including Atlassian, Canva, Google, and Snowflake. In her new role, Rachael is bringing new vision to long-standing Bateman accounts like New Relic and Jellyfish, while also taking the lead on new client accounts and pitches.

Over the past two months, Bateman added both the multinational proptech company Enlighted and leading HR technology company Checkr to the client roster. Our Checkr win was covered in PRWeek, mentioning the agency’s track record of success with executive thought leadership — experience we will bring to bear on the Checkr account in 2023 and beyond.

New name, same address: Bateman’s new San Francisco office

The Hamm’s Building in San Francisco has always held special significance to Fred Bateman. For nearly two decades, the Hamm’s Building was home to Fred’s first eponymous agency, Bateman Group. With Bateman Agency picking up new clients and staff members on the Pacific coast, it only became a matter of time until the agency came home to the Hamm’s.

Bateman Agency’s San Francisco team will move into its new office space in the Hamm’s Building on Tuesday, January 17, sharing an address with some of the hottest companies in Silicon Valley. The new office offers a home base for the agency to innovate and scale, bringing on new team members at all levels and in all practice areas.

Bateman Agency is seeking talented and motivated employees in the Bay Area, Austin and Boston. To learn more, fill out the contact form on our website or reach out to a Bateman staffer on LinkedIn.
